A) Laser line indication to fix sticker weights at 6 “O” clock unbalance position.

The balancing results may not be accurate by adding weight approximately at bottom (6 O clock) position,  To overcome this drawback, a laser device implemented in Premium+ will illuminate automatically towards the weight adding location. This option will evade the problem of asking repeated weights.

B) Adhesive weight holder for easy addition of sticker weights

Adhesive weights are generally used in balancing the alloy wheels. It is difficult to locate the adhesive weights manually by hand at inner surface of alloy wheels.  In the premium version of wheel balancers, we have introduced Adhesive weight holder which will support to locate weight accurately in the appropriate position. 

C) Illumination devices for wheel balancing machine.

The high-power integrated torch light illuminates automatically when the wheel’s weight adding location comes closer to the position indicated by the system.   Thereafter the torch light starts to flicker automatically, at the exact weight adding position.  With this feature, technician will have better visibility.  Also, there is a facility to ON and OFF the torch device just by pressing a key in the membrane. 

D) Built-in mini UPS for safe shut down

To avoid corruption of software files caused by abrupt shutdown, Video model wheel balancers are now implemented with an Un-interrupted power supply (UPS).  This UPS will automatically backup the power & ensure to safe shutdown the system

E) Screen display guidance & beep sound to locate the inner most weight adding position

To add sticker weight at the inner most plane of ALU2 & ALU3 alloy wheels, we have introduced the screen guide option.  Locate the sticker weight in the weight holder and move the distance rod towards the inner most weight adding position. When the screen prompts with symbol .... . Just rotate up the distance rod & paste the sticker weight in the surface of alloy rim. 

F. Automatic Rim selection 
To accomplish the field requirement, We have implemented the automatic Rim selection in both premium and premium+ version wheel balancers.
